I really hope, really, really, really hope that Mass Effect 2 does not have that nonsense grinding you had to do to get precious metals and materials.

Just to upgrade your ship you had to spend hours scanning planets for iridium, platinum, and etc.

That part of the game made me drop my overall score for it to an 8.5

The first game had a cartographer’s approach to exploring the galaxy which was cool but then it grew annoying afterwards.

I hope that there are some worthwhile insanely difficult side missions. That would liven up the game a lot.
